To see it twice is a blessing...
To see it three times is bittersweet...
Heh, I know it's been done to death, I just took too long to make it.
A major collaboration project between me and *Agamnentzar
Because of the large size of the source, I will only release it upon request.
I hope you like it, and sorry for my recent inactivity. Don't worry I have several major projects planned and a few commissions as well, so there won't be any shortage of art coming up
This is the music which gave me the inspiration to come up with the idea and the will to vector this comic: [link]
The angle you drew it from is also challenging perspective-wise seeing as their heads are the farthest part away.
There was only one problem I noticed, which was perspective (I notice this a lot because it is something I cannot get right lol, so I am always thinking about it now). The perspective was good for the first two, but it looks a little off in the bottom one with Twilights hoof touching the top of the hill. To me she looks the same size as in the previous panel, but is farther up the hill (especially her hoof), and has the same pose and size, so she looks sort of like she is floating in that panel.
Other than that it was very good.
Stargazing was one of my favourite things in the world, and it quickly became my all-time favourite thing after i met my Girlfriend (She loved stargazing as much as I did).
Back to the comic, the emotional impact on me was immense. It really struck my heartstrings to see this. I know the whole Twilight outliving her friends has been done to death, but this... is different some how. I don't know what, but it strikes me on a different level then most other works of a similar nature. All in all, a beautiful piece, easily deserving of five stars.
(Great image made it!)
That coolpanda girl needs to settle her shit down.
but hey, this is really nice! I love how you showed her ageing along with the other of the mane six.
(it punches right in the feels!! ;-; )
it's a good comic trip, we feel the impact for the characters and speccialy Twilight.
I really liked how you used body language to convey the character's emotions. The background is simple but very well executed.
I also loved the perspective on the Element of Magic.
Umm... I hope these were helpful. I'm kind of shy about critiquing.
*Man in brown trench coat walks up to her*
10th Doctor :Hello Twilight.
Twi: Hello Doctor, it's been quite along time.
10th Doctor: Yes it has. 140 years since we spoke.
I suppose you know why I'm here? *smiles*
Twi: Of course. All those years ago I asked you when
I see the comet the third time to take me back to see
my friends one last time; to know they were happy in the end
10th Doctor: Shall we get going? You've waited long enough.
Twi: Yes, we should. *Walks into the T.A.R.D.I.S*
Twi: Thank you, Doctor. I needed that. I can now go knowing they
are happy. I suppose this goodbye then Doctor?
10th Doctor: Maybe. Remember, time isn't a straight line so we can
never be sure. I might pop in again sometime. Until then, goodbye Twilight Sparkle.
Twi: Goodbye Doctor.
